Sweetish Sister was founded by Sher Parast, after noticing there was no Swedish candy concept in Atlanta — inspiring her to create a brand that blends premium candy with thoughtful design.
My love for European candy started early. My mom, who grew up in London, would bring home the most incredible sweets — clean ingredients, real flavors, and candy that felt special. Years later, after discovering Swedish candy at BonBon in New York, I was hooked. What began as multiple trips a year to stock up quickly turned into a bigger vision. Sweetish Sister brings the magic of European candy to life through elevated design and intentional details — from our signature butter-yellow striped cart to every carefully packed bag. We believe candy should feel joyful, nostalgic, and a little bit beautiful.
More Than Candy
At its heart, this brand is about community. I love creating spaces where people connect, celebrate, and come back for “just one more scoop.” Building this alongside my 16-year-old daughter has made the journey even more meaningful.
What started as a love for Swedish candy has grown into collaborations with brands and boutiques we admire, from local pop-ups to events with names like Spanx and Dunlin Auberge — and we’re just getting started.
